Alex

Alex has completed his Masters of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Technology Sydney, and his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at the Australian Catholic University. He has over 7 years' experience, and has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain.

Alex has worked within clinics, nursing homes and rehab centers, for sports teams and within the community. He has experience working with the NSW Cup rugby league team Blacktown Workers. He has also worked for NPL 2 St George Saints FC and at the NSW National Koori knockout competition. Alex has completed his advanced sports trainer course and has accreditation in advanced dry needling and with the NDIS, DVA, Aged Care Australia and SIRA.

 

Alex is very driven in alleviating pain, improving his patients' function, and preventing the recurrence of injuries through exercise and habitual changes.

Jessica Treu - Principle Physiotherapist

Jessica has completed her Masters of Physiotherapy and Bachelors of Exercise and Sport Science degrees at the University of Technology Sydney. With over 7 years experience, Jessica has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain.

 

Jess also specializes in treatment for women Pre/Post-natal pregnancy and pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, and TMJ dysfunction (jaw clicking/pain).

 

She has extensive experience working within private clinics, nursing homes and rehab centers, sports teams and within the community. She is the current head Physiotherapist for the NSW Softball Under 18's Girls team and Over 35s Women's team. She has also previously worked at the NSW National Koori knockout competition and with the UTS team for City to Surf. Jessica has completed her advanced sports trainer course, has accreditation in advanced dry needling and is Aged Care Australia, DVA, NDIS and SIRA registered.

 

Jess' primary goal is to empower the patient with the knowledge and tools to overcome their conditions and change their lives for the better.
